Pastor Fred is the founder and overseer of Victorious Life Ministries through which the Winning in Life Radio Broadcast was created. He lives in Dallas, Texas with his lovely wife Laveda and spends much of this time traveling the country teaching the word of God, coaching others and networking with business leaders.
